In January 2014, thousands of New Yorkers rallied to Governor Andrew Cuomo’s State-of-the-State address at the capitol in Albany to ask for him to ban fracking in their state. All eyes continue to watch the battleground of New York, which has had a statewide moratorium against fracking since 2008.
