James Brown lives across from a tank battery site. He demonstrates how he lets water out of the tanks. Mr. Brown used to work for oil and gas companies but currently maintains several sites near his home. While Mr. Brown is pro-industry he speaks about the dangers of fracking. There are many sites in Hosston with no fences and frequent spills.
